By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
SkipWaiting.com provides a call hold service. We wait on hold for you so you don't have to. Once a real human is ready to speak to you, we call you.
Use the service in a lawful manner. Not misuse or abuse the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Pricing: All services are billed according to the rates published on our website. Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A $20 pre-authorization will be held until the call is complete. You will only be charged for actual hold time as detailed on our Pricing page. Refunds: No refunds will be provided for services already rendered, except under specific circumstances outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
You may cancel the service at any time while we are on hold by texting us. Please note that you will be charged for any time we have spent on hold up until the point of cancellation. More details can be found in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We take privacy seriously and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information is encrypted and stored securely. No part of your call is recorded or monitored.
We rely on third-party service providers. As an example, we use Stripe to process payments. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkipWaiting.com is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business, arising from the use of our services or website.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time without notice. Any changes to the terms will be posted on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
