Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel the service at any time while we are waiting on hold for you. To cancel:

  • Simply text us by replying to the order confirmation text, and we will immediately stop the calling process.
  • You will only be charged for the time we spent on hold up until the point of cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for time already spent on hold. You will be charged for the exact time our team spent managing your call before cancellation.
  • In the event of technical issues on our end, such as call drops or failed connections, we will re-initiate the call, and you will not be charged for the dropped call time.

If you encounter any issues or disputes with our service, please contact us directly. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if any further action or a refund is warranted.
